week 1

When I started my fitness regimen, I decided to measure my progress through the waist/hip ratio. A week ago here were my measurements: (I can't believe I'm sharing this!!!) waist = 33 inches, hips = 43 inches.

After week 1: waist = 31 1/4 inches, hips = 41 inches. It's progress...
